Join us to explore the north of Oahu on this private tour from Honolulu. Haleiwa, Turtle Bay, and traditional plantations will be some of the places we’ll visit.
We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Honolulu at the scheduled time, and we’ll start exploring the areas around the city before heading north to discover the most charming places in northern Oahu.
We’ll first go to the Dole Plantation, where we’ll learn about this part of the island’s history with pineapple production. Did you know it was founded in 1950 as a simple fruit stand? Its evolution will surprise you!
After exploring the area, we’ll continue the tour by traveling to the famous Laniakea Beach, known as “Turtle Beach.” Here, as its name suggests, we’ll see a large population of Hawaiian green sea turtles that live on its shores and sunbathe freely. Then we’ll have the chance to visit Waimea Valley, a natural park with waterfall landscapes that will take your breath away.
We’ll keep touring the beaches of the north of Oahu, whose charm and beauty have captured the attention of major film productions. Did you know movies like Jurassic Park or 50 First Dates and series like Lost were filmed here? You’ll be in a truly privileged place!
We’ll also visit a macadamia nut farm to learn about the cultivation of these nuts. While visiting the plantation, we’ll enjoy a coffee tasting accompanied, of course, by macadamia nuts. Delicious!
Lastly, we’ll visit Haleiwa, a beautiful traditional town full of shops and restaurants, where we’ll leave you 1 hour of free time to grab something to eat or do some shopping.
Finally, we’ll return to your hotel 7 hours after pickup.
Please note that if you book the tour on Monday, we will not visit Waimea Valley.
